Cellfood is a liquid concentrate, depending upon individual needs, taken by mixing a number of drops in ¼ glass of distilled or filtered water. If you use ordinary tap water, the Cellfood starts purifying the water and the benefit you receive from the Cellfood is reduced. Boiled water should not be used.
Cellfood has a slightly sour lemon taste. If you feel it unpleasant, you can use more water or take Cellfood in diluted grape or carrot juice. Some people prefer taking it by placing a few drops on the palm of their hand and licking it.
For original Cellfood, start by taking 8 drops in the morning per day. If you experience no difference, then increase the dosage to 10, 12, 15, 20 drops, until you experience a noticeable response. Some people take small doses three or more times a day to help them overcome a cold, or in times of distress. Children over 6 can take a quarter to half the amount depending on their age and weight.
For Celllfood HGH, two (2) sprays in the mouth and swallow, three (3) times daily.
For Cellfood DHEA, two (2) sprays every time and three times every day. If you can determine your present level of this hormone, only proceed when your level is low. Healthy people under age 50 rarely need to take this supplement. Once it is within the normal range, proceed a maintenance dose (typically 5 to 10 mg a week). Always consult with your doctor if you have any question.
Take Cellfood as often as you particularly need it, for example, when you have to stay up late at night to work, have to drive somewhere or entertain guests, have to do some strenuous work, etc. If you overdose on Cellfood, the body will only use what it needs and get rid of the rest through the normal channels of elimination. Therefore, there is no risk of overdosing on Cellfood.
Pregnant or nursing mothers should consult their practitioner before using. Cellfood should be kept out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
Cellfood helps nutrient absorption and increases metabolism.
